America is home to an increasingly violent society. Our politics, our religions, our entertainment, etc. are all largely aggressive in nature which, in turn, creates a breeding ground for the guys like the one you mention above. That guy fits the "why do dogs lick their balls" category to a tee. The problem is that we're inundated 24/7 with dogs licking their balls.
