When the real estate guys come buy at 21:30 to discuss your new home, and your wife makes them coffee, don't be sociable and join them with a cuppa joe of your own. Get some no-caf tea, or even water. Or you'll be up until 02:10, and still have to go to work the following day, dumbass.
