DENIED!

"We're sorry—you need to be running Windows XP in order to access this content."

In massive characters, Gamespot's DLX, has denied me the exclusive content for Dungeon Siege. Essentially, it appears I not only have to own the Dungeon Siege game and its "Legends of Aranna" expansion, but also have to be running Windows XP. It doesn't matter than I'm a Gamespot Complete subscriber. Can anyone explain this in a way that won't make me angry? I hope all five people that have XP, DS, LoA, and GameSpot access enjoy the patch.
