DS:
  • ORBITAL - Best two-button game ever invented. So relaxing.
  • Ninja Gaiden - comicbook storytelling is oddly fitting, and the touch controls are surprisingly effective; trying to blow through a Normal difficulty playthrough so I can get to the Hard setting, which is apparently pretty challenging
PSP:
  • Viewtiful Joe - Red Hot Rumble: Kind of disappointing so far. I expected buttery controls and hitting a kind of groove. So far I feel like I'm playing a party game against the AI/COM.
  • GTA Vice City Stories: I think I prefer this to GTA4. Better music. More interesting characters. And I can actually drive the cars without wiping out all the time.
  • Pirates! As much as I want to like this, it's got a lot of load screens, and it doesn't seem as complicated as the PC version. I'll be re-starting with a new, harder difficulty setting shortly.
360:
  • GTA4 - playing through story mode to get the Liberty City Minute 30 pt. Achievement. I feel like a whore.
  • Kung Fu Panda - Someone pointed this out as a fun game; it's "God of War Lite" which I'm enjoying better than GOW itself. Easy controls, responsive, but a lazily implemented camera. Also note that "Kung Fu Panda" is your new nickname, AndyPandy.
  • Also picked up a slew of new games during the vacation, which I'm anxious to get to. Liberty City Minute may end up waiting a while.
  • Edit: Rock Band - Mostly at work, with co-workers. Lots of fun still, and am jonesing for Rock Band 2 coming out in just over a month. This game has made me a believer in DLC, especially since RB1 tracks can be used in RB2...
PS2:
  • Okami, but I haven't touched it in a month. Shit howdy though, it's a beautiful game.
  • Urban Reign - seriously underappreciate brawler
