This news soundbite from the RIAA, regarding arresting a promoter for his mixtapes strikes me as overly crafted:

"Statistics prove that you can make a 400 percent markup on a kilo of heroine or cocaine, and statistics also show that you can make up to a 900 percent profit on the resale of counterfeit CDs," the RIAA's Matthew Kilgo told Fox 5.

Arguably-illegal CDs shown to be more profitable than highly illegal hardcore drugs in a single sentence, direct comparison. Sounds like a talking-points soundbite to me.
